Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are subject to change without notice. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Orders@vector-corrosion.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you ordered a product in error and need to exchange it, please contact us at Orders@vector-corrosion.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns Timeline

For business-to-business returns, please allow 5-10 business days for processing once we receive your returned item. We aim to process and inspect returns promptly to ensure your satisfaction and continued business operations.
